The world has changed! From a sellers’ market in the early 00’s to a buyers’ market today, where customers ‘travel’ the biggest part of their buying journey online. From a sales to a marketing focused approach, with heavy competition and a growing demand for standard cloud based solutions. These and other changes are a serious challenge for most Microsoft Dynamics Partners and many struggle with making the right adaptions to their business model. In order to support Dynamics Partners with these huge changes, Microsoft appointed QBS group as partner to support and guide Dynamics Partners in this new world. We have started our journey in early 2013 and currently support more than 400 partners – Resellers and ISV’s - in 20 countries. Recent information from Microsoft shows that on average QBS partners outperform non-QBS partners, underlining the success of the strategy. We support our partners with services aimed at achieving growth in revenue and reduction in costs. Our partner services include marketing & lead generation, training & coaching, sales & deal support, partner care & licensing, resource optimisation, hosting services and an ISV Program.
We are looking for a strategic but also operational manager for our Partner Care team.
The person we are looking for will be active on Partner Loyalty, Partner Satisfaction and Order Desk and Service Desk Perfomance based on SLA’s. In the position you will be responsible for the ISV & Partner contacts, driving QBS unique selling proposition as indirect Cloud Solutions Provider as also the performance and planning of your team capacity. You will be part of the QBS Leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO of QBS group.
