FY15Q4 "Get 3 More 4 Less" - Existing Customer promotion

​​​Customers like deals!  You know it and we know it. So, we decided to tweak and bring back the “Get 3 More 4 Less” – Existing Customer Promotion that we first ran in October – December 2014.  We want to equip you with a promotion, expiring at the end of June, to give you a good reason to contact your eligible existing Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Microsoft Dynamics SL customers in the April / May timeframe.  Especially, customers that bought new using the Give Me 5 promotion last year.  Why last year's customers in particular?   Because, the data clearly proves that newer customers buy more additional users than more tenured customers.

We are pleased to announce the "Get 3 More 4 Less" promotion: 15% discount when licensing 3 to 15 full users by end of June 2015.

Why is this a compelling promotion?  Analyses of past promotions and historical price changes clearly demonstrate that there is virtually no pricing elasticity to user purchases.  An observation that is not surprising.  Why?  When customer need more users, as a result of growth, increased activity, or deployment of additional functionality, they buy them. If there is a discount, even better.  But, if they don't need additional users for the foreseeable future, they won't buy them.  Period.  Regardless of price.  Thus, a 15% discount to an inelastic product is a deal to a customer that needs users.​

So, if the purchase of users is price inelastic, why have a promo at all?  Because we want to empower you, our partners, to be self-sufficient when you need to discount existing customer purchases up to 15 users.

  • From April 1 to June 27, 2015. 
  • To qualify, customer must have first licensed or transition upgraded to one of the following products and license models by 30 June 2014:  Microsoft Dynamics GP or Microsoft Dynamics NAV on the Perpetual Licensing model, or Microsoft Dynamics GP or Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Dynamics SL on the Business Ready Licensing model. 
  • Customers on the Module Based Licensing model or customers that first licensed or transition upgraded to Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or Microsoft Dynamics SL on or after 1 July 2014 do not qualify.
  • Available in US, Canada, LATAM, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
