Dynamics 365 Business Central can only be customised using Extensions 2.0 (and beyond) – do you know how  to develop for the SaaS version of Dynamics NAV? Or even for an on-premise NAV 2018 prospect who would value being upgraded quickly and easily each time a new release comes out? #MSDyn365BC

Add Value On Top Of Dynamics 365 Business Central With Extensions 2.0 Knowledge 2

This is a typical conundrum that leaves homeowners bewildered and confused: “Should we stay or should we go?“. I am sure many of you at some point will be asking yourselves the same question: do you stay and extend your property or do you go upmarket and shell a lot more for the house of your dreams (but not of your budget..)? Adding an extension to any home is normally regarded as a value add in real estate terms. It makes your initial investment more valuable, adding much needed space and transforming your “pad” into a more workable and attractive property. Once you factor in the costs of moving, additional Stamp Duty costs and solicitor/estate agent fees, you could be looking at extending in a much more favourable way.

Your prospects want you to add value on top of Dynamics 365 Business Central, they want you to make things more “at home” for them, despite the plethora of functionality that the SaaS offering from Microsoft already gives them.

Maybe you are new to this game or perhaps you have hardcore NAV developers that are currently under-utilised, because you are incapable of winning new business. Have you thought why you cannot win a deal? Let me tell you why: because you are burying your head in the sand and pretending that Extensions are not happening! Other NAV/Business Central resellers could be up against you, as they often are and they pitch Extensions and C/SIDE to the same prospect. You, instead, only offer them C/SIDE. You leave them short-changed! They have heard and seen Extensions from another bidder only the day before!
