Overview
The Generation Z Program is your chance to work for an accredited Microsoft Dynamics partner under the umbrella of Quattro Business Solutions (QBS group), the largest Microsoft Dynamics partner ecosystem.
You will be given the opportunity to gain exposure in various roles and disciplines whilst working towards a training programme set specifically for you.
Our diverse, nationwide partner network are looking for Gen Z’s to work in Retail, Construction, Importation, Distribution and Manufacturing, to name just a few.
Training
You will study towards an industry recognised BCS certification by the Chartered Institute of IT. The Foundation in Business Change course forms part of the BCS International Diploma and holds a certification in its own right.
Further class room training will form part of your Gen Z training program which will focus on product and soft skills.
Online training will be via the Dynamics Learning Portal (DLP). This specifically built programme for our Gen Z’s will allow you to work to the set time frame whilst building and developing your skills with your partner.
Support
Integral part to any business, clients are provided support through a trained support team. You will learn how to offer practical business advice as well as software support whilst providing a high standard of service to the customers.
Technical
A technical advisory role delivering next-generation software solutions and applications. You will develop your skills in both technology and communication and with career progression, presenting the business story to prospects and customers.
Consulting
The Business Consultant role is key to our channel today. The Gen Z program is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you require to kick-start your career. Starting as you mean to go on, you’ll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver real value to your partner’s customers.
Training
