Of course we all hope that your customers are happy with their Dynamics solution and that there are hardly any disturbances. But, in case of technical issues it is good to know that you can any issues/technical incidents directly to Microsoft.
But be warned if an incident isn’t caused by a mistake in the software, Microsoft will charge you for every incident raised with them. So before you report an incident with Microsoft check the Dynamics database first to see if the latest software updates have been installed. That way you can prevent unnecessary costs.
