CEO
As Chief Executive Officer at QBS group, I am responsible for the overall strategy and P&L at QBS group. I have a long background with Microsoft, where I had different leadership positions in Sales and Marketing. But I always had strong connection into the Small and Medium Business and the partners that serve these customers. Before joining QBS group, I was the global lead for Microsoft Dynamics SMB partners and prior to that, I was responsible for Microsoft’s SMB sales and marketing in the European, Middle East and Africa Timezone.
Regional Lead, QBS United Kingdom
Philosopher, Diplomat, Poet… none of these words are relevant to Will McIntee! If you were to say “He knows a fair bit about the Business applications market” then you would be far closer to the truth! After 20+ years in the business applications industry, Will has been lucky enough to see the world through the lens of an end user, reseller, vendor and now QBS group. Having started out on the technical and implementation side of the industry, Will moved into the commercial side of ERP and CRM helping companies select the right solutions and then moved on to manage the Microsoft Business Solutions SMB channel at Microsoft years before starting QBS group in the UK. This means that over the years Will has been involved with literally 1000s of Business Applications deployments and seen great successes for customer interspersed with the occasional implementation that has gone off the rails.
Today, at QBS group, Will’s mission is to ensure that the QBS community of Microsoft Dynamics partners has the support to provide outstanding experiences to their customers and support the ambitions of the Dynamics partner whilst working closely with Microsoft on the strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the SMB market.
Region Lead Mid Europe
As Mid Europe region Lead (Belgium, France and the Netherlands) I have full responsibility for the success of our partners within Microsoft Dynamics 365. This includes all Microsoft Cloud offerings, but with special expertise within Business Applications, ERP and CRM systems, as Dynamics 365 Business Central and Customer Engagement.

Regional Lead, QBS Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Greenland, Iceland and Faroe Islands)
As Nordic Lead I have full P&L responsibility for the success of the Nordic QBS partners within Microsoft Dynamics 365. This includes all Microsoft Cloud offerings, but with special expertise within Business Applications, ERP and CRM systems, as D365 Customer Experience and D365 Business Central.
Furthermore we make sure all our Dynamics partners are up to speed on AI, Power Apps, Flow and Extensions 2.0. We teach sales techniques, how to become profitable with a cloud business and talk digital transformation. All of this ensures that the Microsoft Dynamics partners within the QBS community are fully equipped to service the new cloud customers with the best solutions.

Regional Lead, QBS DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland)
As Region Lead DACH, I am leading the QBS activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. I am looking back on many years of management experience in the IT solutions business and the Dynamics partner channel, including more than 15 years at Microsoft Germany.
We are in times of great market changes that provide enormous challenges and opportunities to the Dynamics partners channel. I am therefore delighted to work with the QBS community, which is a strong foundation for the future success for all involved.
Regional Lead, QBS Southern Europe (Spain, Italy and Portugal).
Responsible for the QBS business in Southern Europe, covering the countries of Portugal, Spain and Italy. Together with my team we aim to help the Microsoft Dynamics partner establish or grow their Dynamics business. We help them reach a successful and sustainable business model in the cloud with high levels of profitability.
Most of my professional career has been connected to the Dynamics world, first at Navision Software, and managing different responsibilities at Microsoft, such as Microsoft’s SMB sales & marketing in Spain, or Business group Lead for Dynamics.
I believe in the strength of passion, generosity, challenge and ethics, both in the professional as well as in personal life.
VP IT & Operations
Being responsible for both operations and IT gives the ability to adapt or business processes quickly in a rapidly changing world. From nature I have an interest for human development, and therefore I have a strong focus on teambuilding and a strong belief in the power this provides. My background as a consultant in IT security and compliance and operation management enables me to understand business flows and ensuring reliable operation. around in a technical oriented business helps me in translating processes into workable (IT)solutions.
