We want to bring the level of knowledge of our consultants in the field of Dynamics 365 for Sales to a higher level. The QBS Academy helps by offering a practice-oriented program. This way our employees first learn to know the software and then understand how the software works. But perhaps even more important is that they are also presented with practice cases so that they are well prepared for the questions that they will encounter in the ‘real-world’ with customers.
My personal goal is to ensure that we have the knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Sales in-house so that we can successfully sell and implement the product.
The added value of QBS Academy is the extensive range of training courses that are tailored to our needs as a Dynamics partner and that really helps us to increase our knowledge and skills.
Our consultant’s experience of the training was that it was very intensive. The bar is set high from the beginning. A lot of time and energy was spent on following the program and working on the assignments. But that is what we want; training that challenges us and helps us develop and grow.
