At eXtreme 365 EMEA 2018, we had as well an interview with Mike Ehrenberg, one of the keynote speakers in Dubrovnik. Mike has been working for Microsoft since 2003.
In his position as ‘Technical Fellow’ he is one of the most important people in the Microsoft organisation involved in integrating the various products into integrated intelligent platforms like Dynamics 365. We talked with Mike about the Spring release for Dynamics 365 and strategies for future product positioning and development. We discussed the position of CRM and the impact of the ongoing innovation on partners, customers and service offerings.
