Description

A 1-day business workshop aimed at reviewing and defining your strategy together with Senior Management at QBS Group.

The goal of the workshop is to have an updated strategy including an updated SWOT and a clear actionable plan for the following areas: Customers, Employees, Portfolio, Adaptability and Performance. This plan will be monitored during the year.

What will be my business gain from this workshop?
QBS Group will supply a graphical outcome based on the metrics obtained during the pre-work and actual workshop. We call this the QBS Business Compass.

This tool gives a clear overview of a partner, including a comparision with both an average Partner and also the “best of breed” Partner. Areas for growth and improvement are made visible through this compass.

How is this workshop delivered?
This workshop has 2 formats: face-to-face and online. Partner decides together with QBS Group on the preferred delivery method.
