Microsoft Dynamics Learning Portal

As QBS group partner and based on your Service Level Agrement you have full access to Microsoft Dynamics Learning Portal, which is made available via Microsoft Partner Source.

The Microsoft Dynamics Learning Portal is a PartnerSource integrated learning portal dedicated to bringing value to Microsoft Dynamics partners. The features of the platform are designed to help increase competency levels, thereby accelerating business growth. Microsoft Dynamics Learning Portal is the destination for Microsoft Dynamics partners to consume on-demand training content from multiple training sites and view scheduled in-person and virtual events occurring around the world.

The Microsoft Dynamics Learning Portal serves Microsoft Dynamics partners only and it hosts learning resources for the latest versions of Microsoft Dynamics products, namely Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics SL. All level 100 (beginner), 200 (intermediate) and 300 (advanced) learning resources will reside in Microsoft Dynamics Learning Portal with the intent of reducing complexity and offering a more agile learning experience.

Success Factors

  • Assign a Learning Coordinator.
  • Let your staff browse the Learning Catalog to find courses matching their needs and to discover needs that they were not yet aware of.
  • Pre-consider the periods when your staff is less-occupied so you can use these moments for training them.
  • Make use of the learning paths.
  • Be aware of the live broadcasts with specific market insights.

How Does it work

  • Each partner receives vouchers and e-vouchers every year as part of their QBS partnership.
  • Vouchers can be used for classroom-based trainings; e-vouchers for online courses and webinar.
  • Each partner assigns a Learning Coordinator who administers the students and course application in the Learning Coordinator Portal.
  • Students can browse the available courses in the Academy Portal, where they can also follow the online courses.
  • Each training or course has its own (e-)voucher value.
