Le service Mise à niveau et migration permet aux partenaires QBS de gagner de l’argent en mettant à niveau les anciennes installations Navision existantes (y compris votre solution verticale, vos modules complémentaires et vos rapports) à un prix fixe. Parce que QBS se charge du gros du travail (la mise à niveau technique), vous pouvez vous concentrer sur la gestion de projet, la formation et la vente de nouvelles technologies et de projets au client.
Il s’agit du meilleur service pour protéger votre revenu BREP actuel et augmenter votre SLA avec le client par un abonnement à une mise à niveau afin que le client reste à jour.

Notre planification des capacités n’offrait pas le créneau libre spécial qu’un client réclamait – nous avons donc décidé de commander un service de première mise à niveau en tant que projet pilote avec le groupe QBS. Lorsque la base de données nous a été restituée, quelques rapports nécessitaient certaines retouches finales. Le groupe QBS a fait un travail fantastique et le service de mise à niveau complète nous a été présenté pendant la période de garantie et de ce fait il n’y a eu aucun coût supplémentaire. Le prix a été très compétitif et, s’agissant d’un taux fixe, le projet n’a comporté aucun risque pour nous. Nous ne pouvons que recommander les services de mise à niveau du groupe QBS et, à l’avenir, il est certain que nous exécuterons davantage de nos projets de mise à niveau avec lui.
