Hillstar Business Intelligence delivers a Quickstart BI solution for Microsoft Dynamics ERP called BIRDS. With this in-house developed product, Hillstar enables users to use a complete BI suite in Power BI within a short period of time.
Dynamics 365 automates the business processes and records numerous transactions. Power BI helps you analyze this data. However, building data models is a time-consuming task that is carried out by a specialist team of developers. Let alone devising measures and KPI’s that give you a deeper insight into the company or process. With BIRDS, users have a large set of reports at their disposal. The standard environment provides inventory, sales, financial, project, production and purchase reports. In addition, various add-ons of Dynamics partners are integrated.
Development in-house
Hillstar has a team of developers in the Netherlands who are expanding the data model. This can be by adding more data from Dynamics, including historical data sources or data from other source systems. They work together with Microsoft and integrate new developments into the data model. Within the solution an option has been added for budgeting and forecasting in Power BI. In addition, sources such as weather data and statistical data can be made available. This library is constantly expanded.
