Workshop
The workshop is spread over 4 blocks of 2 hours. The schedule and topics are tuned after each block tom maximise your usefulness and success. The topics are discussed, and you will learn what readiness entails in your situation, with your code, your plans, your skill and your organisation. The main topics are: your customers, your solution and IP, migration impact, your internal readiness for Business Central.
Outcome
You will receive a summary report with the conclusions and advices for the discussed topics, as well as a first draft of the steps in your journey.
Post Workshop Engagement
The report and intermediate progress is discussed, and the draft of your journey is put into action.
