Business Software Consultant (Dutch market)

About the position:
The Business Software Consultant (Dutch market) plays an important role in identifying opportunities for our partners located in The Netherlands by transferring these into the final sales phase. When it comes down to the contacts with potential customers in every stage of their buying journey, you are the face, voice and pen of Microsoft and the QBS Group.
You will work with partners and customers from The Netherlands, but to stay in close collaboration with the rest of the international Business Software Consultant Team, the team that is responsible to drive acquisition of new customers. In this role you are responsible to follow up on (new) customers that have expressed interest in business solutions (ERP and CRM products). You qualify where they are in their decision process and hand the lead over to a specialized partner in our network.
You work closely together with your colleagues from the Customer Acquisition Team to set-up, execute and improve lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns. Communication is key and therefore it is important, that you are business fluent in writing and speech. As we are an international company, being business fluent in English is needed.
You will be working with online media such as website, blog, chat, e-mail, web-meeting and social media (management) tools, so experience with these is considered plus. Next to this, our CRM tool is one of the most important management tools you will be working with to keep track of leads, opportunities, and reporting.
You are both a self-starter and a team player, with a proactive and customer centric attitude. You know your responsibilities and act in accordance with these. You are precise, dynamic, and ambitious and know how to convince people. And above all, you know how to have fun while performing.
Experience in sales (especially remote sales) within the IT software industry is a plus and knowledge of the business solutions market (ERP, CRM) would be great.

• Have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
• Are experienced in working with Microsoft Office
• Have excellent telephone skills in order to establish and manage relationships with potential customers
• Always aim for quality in your work by being complete, accurate and punctual.
