Customer Acquisition Manager

About the position
We are looking for an energetic and committed colleague in the role of Customer Acquisition Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our acquisition marketing strategy and to improve our customer journey so that we acquire new customers on behalf of our 800+ partners across Europe.
As our Customer Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team of Business software consultants and you will report directly to the Chief Marketing and Portfolio Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation, execution and management of value-add marketing services for the QBS partner community.
- Managing the ‘Take the lead’ Program, taking responsibility for the results in terms of;
- Quantity of digital marketing and generating customer leads.
- Quality of digital marketing and generating customer leads.
- Reporting and monitoring of Revenue and Gross Margin generated with the program.
- Reporting to all stakeholders regarding the ‘Take the lead’ Program.
Key Tasks:
- Designing and improving programs and bringing them to execution.
- Managing subcontractor(s).
- Manage the team of Business software consultants, hire new members to the team, support them to develop their professional career and coach them on their role.
- Managing lead sources for TTL including QBS Portal for customers.
- Working together with marketing QBS.
- Work with Region Leads to drive the commercial success of marketing services.
- Work with Region leads to develop new value add marketing services.
You have:
- At least 5-10 years of experience as a Customer Acquisition Manager. Preferably, in a similar function in IT, Services and/or Business Software.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation (push/pull marketing).
- Experience in people management
- Have a bachelor diploma in Marketing Management
- Experience with being responsible for similar lead generation programs.
- Experience with Channel.
- Experience within the IT software industry is important. Knowledge of the business solutions market (ERP, CRM) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Reporting Tools.
- Able to work with targets.
- Able to create and execute marketing/lead generation plans to achieve targets.
- Skilled at managing programs.

This international role can be located across Europe, but preferably close to one of our offices in the Netherlands, Germany, UK, Denmark, Spain or Lithuania.
