About the position
We are looking for a Junior Partner Success Manager (PSM) – hosting services – 0,25FTE (10 hours per week).
The Junior Partner Success Manager plays an important role in identifying opportunities with our partners located in Netherlands and Belgium for our hosting services. When it comes down to the contacts with (our) Microsoft partners you will guide them in every stage of their buying journey, and you are the face and voice for driving new hosting services business.
In this role you are responsible for identifying opportunities, generating interest and follow-up on (new) partners that have expressed interest in. You qualify where they are in their decision-making-process and nurture leads until they can be handed over as an opportunity to a specialized colleague in the team.
Communication is key and therefore it is important, that your Dutch and English is business fluent in writing and speech. You will be working via online tools such as Microsoft Teams, chat, and e-mail. Next to this, our CRM tool is one of the most important management tools you will be working with. This is to keep track of leads, opportunities and reporting.
You are both a self-starter and a team player, with a proactive and partner centric attitude. You know your responsibilities and act in accordance with these. You are precise, dynamic, and ambitious and know how to convince people. And above all, you know how to have fun while performing! Experience in sales (especially remote sales) within the IT software industry is a plus and knowledge of the business solutions market (ERP, CRM) would be great.

- Have experience in sales and get your joy out of being successful in sales.
- Have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Are experienced in working with Microsoft Office.
- Have excellent telephone skills and charisma in order to establish and manage relationships with potential customers.
- Always aim for quality in your work by being complete, accurate and punctual.
